Paul Calico will be a co-presenter at a National Business Institute seminar titled The Art of the Settlement. His subject will be Using Mediation When Other Settlement Efforts Are Unsuccessful.

Tim Theissen was elected President of the Academy of Northern Kentucky Collaborative Professionals, Inc., a group of divorce attorneys, family specialists, and financial specialists committed to resolving divorces in a collaborative manner without litigation. In addition, following a stringent qualification process, Tim was one of only two Northern Kentucky attorneys granted Fellowship in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, a group of highly skilled professionals who represent individuals in all facets of family law.

Charles Ashdown was the featured speaker at a Cincinnati Bar Association seminar on Mechanic's Lien Law.

Tom Stachler completed his twelfth year teaching Trial Practice at the University of Cincinnati College of Law.

Michael Ruh recently participated in the Commercial Real Estate Roundtable, which was featured in and published by the Cincinnati Business Courier. Mr. Ruh was also a recent guest speaker at the CBRE Capital Markets Breakfast Roundtable.

Nicole Lundrigan and Andrea Yang were among 49 professional women selected to participate in the WE Lead Program sponsored by the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. The 10-month program program focuses on advancing participants' leadership potential both professionally and in the community, achieving work/life balance, communicating effectively, networking, and volunteering.

Philomena Ashdown will be speaking at an upcoming Cincinnati Bar Association Real Property Law Institute seminar, on the topic of Receivers. Ms. Ashdown will also speak at the Annual Cincinnati Bar Association Bankruptcy Committee Seminar on the newly created Judicial Liaison Sub-Committee.
