SUMMER EXCITEMENT FOUND TUESDAYS AT MARKET ON FOUNTAIN SQUARE
Cincinnati, OH, April 23, 2008—For the first time ever on Fountain Square, downtown Cincinnati workers, shoppers and visitors can experience the excitement of a fresh market this summer! Market on the Square will come to Fountain Square every Tuesday from June 3 to August 26, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Vendors at Market on the Square will offer fresh produce, baked goods, prepared lunch foods, fresh flowers and handmade items of all kinds.
Sponsored by the law firm Strauss & Troy, Market on the Square is planned and organized by Fountain Square Management Group. The weekly events are free and open to the public. “It’s a wonderful opportunity to stroll through the Square and shop, eat or network with other busy downtown professionals,” says Bill Strauss of Strauss & Troy. “We’re pleased to sponsor the first market ever offered on Fountain Square.” Throughout the summer, visitors can also relax and dine under the new Strauss & Troy umbrellas at tables on the square.
A Grand Opening celebration is scheduled June 3. More details as well as a list of Market vendors will be announced shortly.
